At Golden Hour Organic, we take pride in delivering our cold-pressed wellness shots to you as fresh and quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-5 business days after processing.
Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 1-2 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders under $50.
Free Standard Shipping** on orders over $50!

Cold Chain Shipping
To ensure our wellness shots maintain their freshness and nutritional quality, all orders are shipped using cold chain shipping methods. Your order will be packaged with insulated materials and ice packs to keep the products cold throughout transit.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.

All orders require a physical address for delivery.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if it’s lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at support@goldenhourorganic.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery or from the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our wellness shots, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at support@goldenhourorganic.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will be happy to assist you.
